Blayne is consistently referred to as an expert market maker, transaction guru and negotiator. If there is a deal to be made he is the go to guy. Blayne has an innate ability to locate and then prove up every sliver of value on his client’s behalf. He has proven skills in being able to create value through agreements that makes all parties better off than they were without an agreement and claiming that added value for his clients.
Blayne works to ensure that his clients have no blind spots and leave nothing unnoticed. He possesses an investigative mindset and takes the time to see the details that others have turned a blind eye to. Blayne understands that it not only pays to be more prepared, it pays to look more prepared. The more prepared we seem and systematic we are, the more respect is garnered. This virtually ensures that the buyers see all the value of the Ambulatory Center that he is marketing and that his clients capture the maximum value of their transaction.
Blayne is a student of negotiations and valuations; constantly studying past transactions, deals, and value drivers in the eyes of each potential buyer and what makes buyers buy and up their purchase price and increase their terms. He customizes the process and transaction structure to each potential buyer or investor in order to maximize the value his clients are able to claim.
When the transaction is difficult and obstacles arise, when negotiations are unraveling or when it looks as if the deal is dead, most will have no answer. Blayne Rush has proven time and time again that this only strengthens his resolve to formulate and execute successful strategies and creative solutions to complete the transactions while being comfortable living in the eye of the storm.
Blayne has published and lectured extensively on topics from increasing the value of your ambulatory center, to how to knowing when to sell you ambulatory center to marketing your center to negotiating the transaction.
Blayne works with owners of urgent care centers, radiation oncology centers, freestanding ERs that have an interest in selling their center now or in the future.
We at Ambulatory Alliances understand that past performance is no guarantee of future results, but it is the best predictor of future performance. Additionally work habits, integrity, intellect, knowledge and commitment to the desired outcome are core values that do not change.
The uncertainty of health care and the vulnerability of a single specialty surgery center led me to explore options for diversification and profitability. First, I carefully chose someone to understand and aggressively represent my hard earned interests. It turned out that was the most important decision. Blayne Rush’s experience and diligence throughout the quest of adding a corporate partner drove the process to success. Save yourself the costs and headache of hiring a firm to determine your center’s fair market value, and then represent you. Ambulatory Alliances, LLC will CREATE the market for you and bring the best value TO you. Robert D. Griego, M.D.
I recently had the opportunity to work with Blayne on the sale of one of our ambulatory surgery centers. Throughout the process Blayne demonstrated a commitment to achieving our objective of completing a transaction relatively quickly while maximizing the valuation and liquidity we received. His persistence and dedication in identifying potential acquirers and then working with both parties to develop and finalize a transaction that was mutually beneficial. I would strongly recommend Blayne and plan on utilizing him again in the future. Dennis Kelly, CEO

Those who’ve worked beside Blayne, regardless of capacity, would agree he encompasses a business intellect which is rare, while exposing you to standards that change your prospective towards what is acceptable vs. exceptional. Kelly Jo Wagner, Director ReachLocal
Within a little over 7 months of engaging Blayne Rush of Ambulatory Alliance, LLC we sold my center for about 40% more than the most recent offer. When the buyer failed to close on the agreed to date, Blayne pushed for break up fees and an increase in purchase price and got it! While a lot of people leave no stones unturned, Blayne leaves no pebbles unturned. With his market mastery and strategic negotiations, he leveled the playing field. Blayne Rush earned every penny we paid him. R Steven Bradfield MD, MBA, DABR
